Dennis Michael Crowley

Dennis Michael Joseph Crowley passed away suddenly on Friday, March 1, 2024 at St. Clare Hospital in Baraboo, Wisconsin. He was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on October 16, 1950. He graduated from West Allis Central High School and went on to become many things. He enlisted after high school in the Marie Corps. and was honorarily discharged in 1973. He was a construction worker, business owner, husband, father, grandfather, and so much more. Dennis had a sharp mind and an impressive ability for problem and puzzle solving. He enjoyed life’s simple pleasures like fishing, puzzles, and spending time with his family. He appreciated taking the back road, always enjoying any sunrise or sunset he could catch.

He is survived by his wife Kimberly Hall Crowley, brothers, Tom Crowley (May Crowley), John Crowley (Nancy Crowley), sisters Joan Johnson, and Sheila McGowan. He is further survived by his children Tina Awonohopay, Joseph Crowley, Thomas Crowley, Sarah Crowley (Jacob Bialachowski), and grandchildren Jonathon Crowley, Darren Awonohopay, Brooklynn Awonohopay, Ariel Awonohopay, and Gage Awonohopay.

He was preceded in death by his parents John Crowley and Ione Callahan and two siblings, James (Jimmy) Crowley and Sally Staskunas.

Family and friends who were touched by the life of Dennis are invited to Redlin-Ertz Funeral Home at 401 Madison Ave Baraboo, Wisconsin on Tuesday, March 5th, 2024 to celebrate his life, reminisce, and to chat. Visitation will be held at 10 a.m. with a funeral service to follow at 12 p.m.
