Frank E. Phippen, age 74, of Reedsburg, passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 21, 2026, at SSM Health St. Mary’s Hospital in Madison.

Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 28, 2026, at Redlin-Ertz Funeral Home. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. Immediately following the service, burial will take place at Oak Hill Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Sauk County Humane Society.
