Peter J. Klemm

Peter Jonathan Klemm, 38, passed away on Friday, March 8, 2013 at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics, his "vacation spot," as he called it. Peter was born March 3, 1975 in Boulder Colorado, the son of Ken and Karen Klemm. Peter moved to Baraboo with his parents in 1979. He graduated from Baraboo High School in 1993. Peter loved his family, friends, pets, coffee, exploring in his car, films and music. Peter was a creative artist, sketching and folding origami. Another interest resulted in a black belt in martial arts. He enjoyed his computer communication and gaming and so much more. Peter valued his Canadian heritage. Peter had a strong Christian faith. It carried him through the many difficulties he faced in life. He enjoyed spending time with his friends at Trinity Episcopal Church. He touched many lives; his courage, determination, and tenacity inspired many people. Besides his parents, Peter is survived by his sister Sarah; his brother Ian; and sister-in-law Rebekah. He is also survived by his maternal grandparents; and by many aunts; uncles; and cousins. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents. Family and friends will gather later this spring in a celebration of Peter's life. "Say not in grief he is no more,' but live in thankfulness that he was."
