Donald Dean Gall

Donald Dean Gall, 71, of Reedsburg passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, March 23, 2013 following a short illness. He was born August 11, 1941 in Baraboo, the son of Walter and Florence (Brecka) Gall. In 1963 he was married to Mary Nielsen and had four daughters. Don worked for Big Joe Manufacturing for 36 years and farmed all of his life. Over the years Don enjoyed playing euchre, getting cars ready for the demo derby, and going to the stock car races in Wisconsin Dells.Don was preceded in death by his parents; an infant brother, Buddy; daughter, Tammy ; sister, Elaine Crawford and nephew, Randy Crawford.He is survived by his children, Tari (Dave) Miller, Trisha (Brian) Pfaff, Tracy (John) Niles all of Baraboo; grandchildren, Michael Miller, Jennifer (Craig) Richards, Spencer, Nicholas, Taylor and Carson Pfaff, Drake and Garrett Niles all of Baraboo; sister, Jean Shepard of Wisconsin Dells; special friends, Jeanne McHugh, Jake (Luci) McHugh, Jacob McHugh, Troy Spilde, Don Hunter, Dave Laukant and Bruce Borkenhagen along with other relatives and friends.A Celebration of Life will be held at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 28, 2013 at Redlin Funeral Home with Michael Amberg officiating. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. until the time of service at the funeral home.
