Frances Kelly

Frances "Fran" Kelly (Klipstein), age 94, passed away recently on Thursday, April 18, 2013 at the St. Clare Meadows Care Center of Baraboo.She was a powerful, moving force in the Baraboo community and her energy and imaginative way of living will be greatly missed.Now we are planning to welcome those who will want to honor her memory, to a Memorial Service to be held on Saturday, June 8, 2013 at 3:00 p.m. at the Redlin Funeral home in Baraboo. There will be an opportunity for visitation starting at 2:00 p.m. until the time of service.
