WILLIAM ANDREW PETERSEN

William Andrew Petersen, age 79 of Baraboo, passed away on Monday, June 17, 2013 at St. Clare Hospice House. William, son of Soren and Anna (Lilholt) Petersen was born on Aug. 23, 1933 in Chicago. On Feb. 27, 1971 he was united in marriage to Margaret Preston.Survivors include his wife, Margaret of Baraboo; children, Christine Spencer of Kenosha and James Petersen of Baraboo; as well as two grandchildren, Jacob and Emma Spencer.He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, James Petersen; and sisters, Christine Benedict and Ronnie Beukema.Per William's wishes, no services will be held. The Redlin Funeral Home is assisting the family.
