Nola J. Koepp

Nola Jeanne Koepp, age 85, lifelong resident of Baraboo passed away on Saturday, July 20, 2013 at the St. Clare Meadows in Baraboo. Nola was born on October 21, 1927 to Albert and Hattie Koepp in Baraboo.Nola graduated from the Baraboo High School in 1945. She worked for Wisconsin Bell Telephone Company for 30 years. She then continued her working career at St. Mary's Ringling Convent for 20 years, where she was a Dietary Aide for the Franciscan Sisters of Mary. She greatly enjoyed gardening, walking, fishing, cooking and baking. Nola was very well known for her baking and people would make special requests for her desserts. Nola was a very devoted daughter and a caring friend. She will be remembered for her gentle smile and her great sense of humor.Nola was preceded in death her parents; brother, Richard of Chicago; and sisters, Helen and Arvilla of Baraboo.A Graveside Service will be held at 3 p.m. on Wednesday, July 24, 2013 at Walnut Hill Cemetery.
