Jacqlyn L. DaWalt

Jacqlyn 'Jackie' Lee DaWalt, age 65, of Baraboo passed away on Thursday, September, 26, 2013 at the St. Clare Hospice House in Baraboo after a courageous battle with ALS. Jacqlyn was born on May 19, 1948 to Richard and Kathleen (Vanetten) DaWalt in Madison.Jackie was a graduate of Oregon High School. She retired from Dean HMO after 21 years of dedicated service.Jackie was a loving mother and sister and is survived by her children, Andrea (DeLon Davis) Johnson of Baraboo and John (Denise Timmens) Thorstad II of Sun Prairie; five grandchildren, Adrianna, McKenna, Kehler, Jagger, and Madison; she is further survived by her brothers, Jeff (Jeannie) DaWalt of Fitchburg and Nicholas (Suzann) DaWalt of Tomahawk; sisters, Judith Merwin of Pardeeville, Kim DaWalt of Madison, and Kelly (Kenn) Beauchaine of Madison; as well as many other relatives and dear friends.She was preceded in death by her parents; and a sister, Karen White.Funeral Services will be held at 4 p.m. on Sunday, September 29, 2013 at the Redlin Funeral Home, 401 Madison Ave, Baraboo, with DeLon Davis and Aaron Cronk co-officiating the service. Visitation will take place from 1 p.m. until the time of service, at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the St. Clare Hospice House in Baraboo
