Janelle S. Rhyner, age 61, of Baraboo passed away Sunday, December 22, 2013 at her home. Janelle, daughter of William and Doris (Foster) Schlender, was born on April 21, 1952 in Baraboo. She was united in marriage to Lee Rhyner on April 2, 2003 in Gatlinburg, TN. Wollersheim Winery was Janelle's extended family; Her enjoyable working years were spent employed there as an administrative assistant. Janelle loved her family, especially her grandkids, nieces and nephews. She also loved to travel and was known as the family poet.She is survived by her husband, Lee Rhyner; children, Todd (Tracy) Rhyner, Scott (Lori) Rhyner; grandchildren, Madyson, Dayne, Justin, Nicholas, Marissa, Kaiden and Kendra Rhyner; siblings, Judy (Roger) Berry-Mislivecek, Cyndy Croft, Fritz (Julie Arendsee) Schlender; brothers-in-law, Gary (Julie), Mark (Carla), Joel (Lynn) Rhyner, Phil Jauch; nieces, nephews, many other relatives and friends.She was preceded in death by her parents; sister Kathy Jauch; and an infant nephew.Funeral Services will be held on December 27, 2013 at 11am at First Presbyterian Church in Baraboo with Pastor Lisa Taylor officiating. Visitation will be held from 9am until the time of service at the church. Burial will follow at the Walnut Hill Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the family. Redlin Funeral Home is assisting the family.
