Connie Lauver
Connie Lauver, 64, of Baraboo passed away on Jan. 10, 2014 at St. Clare Meadows Care Center in Baraboo. Born the daughter of Arlis and Betty (Haskins) Perkins on Dec. 14, 1949. Connie was united in marriage to Lonny Lauver for many years; he preceded her in death on Jan. 29, 1998. Connie worked for Seneca Foods for almost 20 years; she then continued her working career at Walmart for almost 11 years before having to leave work do to her illness. Connie always had a strong, passionate, unconditional love for animals. Connie is survived by her daughter, Tiffany Lauver; brothers, Mick (Carrol) Perkins and Paul Perkins; brother-in-law, Jay Pilger; special friends, Lee and Shirley; as well as numerous nieces; nephews; other relatives; and dear friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; long-time companion, Bill Akers. Per Connie's wishes no formal services will be held. Redlin Funeral Home is assisting the family.
