Dorothy C. Larson, age 85, of Baraboo passed away on Saturday, March 22, 2014 at St. Clare Meadows Care Center. Dorothy, the daughter of Joseph and Laura (Haas) Fischer, was born November 1, 1928. She married Vernon Larson on February 7, 1948. Dorothy was retired from Industrial Coils in Baraboo. She is survived by her 5 children, Terry (Susan) Larson of Melrose, Mary Ann (Gary) Marx of LaCrosse, Robert (Peggy) Larson of Decatur, Ill, Debra (Robert) Hazlett of Lititz, Pennsylvania, and Brian (Linda) Larson of Baraboo. She is further survived by 9 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren; sisters, Barb Estes, Lorraine Grell, Elaine (Charles) Keen and Lillian (Jim) Anderson; brothers, Louis Grell; as well as many nieces and nephews.She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Vernon; 1 sister; and 3 brothers.A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11a.m. on Friday, March 28, 2014 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Baraboo. Visitation will be held on Friday, March 28, 2014 from 10a.m. until the time of service, at the church. Burial will follow the service in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.The family would like to thank St. Clare Meadows and St. Clare Hospital for all their loving care that they showed Dorothy.
