Kathleen Lange


Kathleen Lange, age 76, of Baraboo passed away on Thursday, Sept. 18, 2014 at St. Clare Hospice House. Kathleen, daughter of Norvin and Lucille (Conway) Ennis was born Jan. 1, 1938 in Hillsboro. She married Donald "Ted" Lange in 1956 and they had five children. Her greatest love was God and family. She looked forward to family reunions and celebrations and also enjoyed being on church and school committees in earlier years. After high school she worked at Badger Ordnance as a secretary when her children were in school. She worked in a downtown large department store for 20 years, and then for 17 years as a secretary for an auction/real estate company. Kathleen enjoyed reading books and listening to good music.She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Donald "Ted".Survivors include her five children, Debra (friend, James Rick) Hall, Randal (Donna) Lange, Brent (Elizabeth) Lange, Matthew Lange, and Brian (Jean) Lange; five grandchildren, Genelle (Joel) Anderson, Gabriel (Susan) Hall, Dana (Chris) Davis, Sonja Lange, Matthew R. (Erika) Lange; and 9 great-grandchildren (and one more on the way). She is further survived by seven brothers and sisters, Eugene (Jane) Ennis, Patrick (Maxine) Ennis, Michail (Nona) Ennis, Sharon (Bill) Bettinger Schmaltz, Renee (Curt) Hill, Gary Ennis, James Ennis; brother and sisters-in-law, Evan Lange, Mick (Carol) McIntyre, Mary Jean Lange, Donna Lange, Lois Munz, and Jeanette Lange as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, Sept. 23, 2014 at 11 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Father Jay Poster officiating. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the time of mass at the church. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery. The Redlin Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
