ADOLPH F. HOOKER


Adolph F. Hooker, 94, of Baraboo, passed away at home on Wednesday, June 17, 2015.Adolph was born at home in Greenfield Township in Vernon County, the son of Frank and Millie (Snorek) Hooker. Adolph was a farmer most of his life. He also worked for Sauk County until retirement.He is survived by his wife of fifty eight years, Eva (Dempsey) Hooker; his children, Marilyn (David) Kinsman of Middleton, Dean (Debby) Hooker of Baraboo, Dale Hooker of Baraboo, Carolyn (Dale) Dahlke of Merrimac; and daughter, Patsy Rau of Baraboo; eleven grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren; many other relatives and friends.He was preceded in death by his parents; his daughter, Sandy; brothers, Ernest (Nettie), Rudolph, William, Francis (Hedy), and Joseph; great-granddaughter, Marissa Kinsman, sisters-in-law, Judy Hudzinski and Johanna Fry; and brothers-in-law, Herbie and Paul Ramsey.A Memorial Service will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, June 22, 2015 at the Emmanuel United Methodist Church in Baraboo with Pastor Blake Overlien officiating. Burial will follow in the Walnut Hill Cemetery. Friends may call on Monday, From 10 a.m. until the service at the church.
