Estelle Marie Vosen, 83, of Bullhead City,Az formerly of Merrimac passed away on Tuesday, June 30, 2015. She was born the daughter of Carl and Alice (Frantz) Vosen on July 16, 1931 in Merrimac. Estelle attended the St. Louis University where she received her Master's of Science in Nursing. She spent her entire career in the health care field, directing hospitals and nursing homes. Estelle loved nursing and caring for people. Some of her favorite activities were camping and spending time outdoors; hiking, growing flowers, and gardening. She loved nature and animals; especially her dog, Buddy. She had been a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Baraboo as well as St. John the Baptist Church in Laughlin, NV. Estelle is survived by her brothers, Fr. Gerald Vosen, Donald Vosen, and James Vosen; and sister, Patricia Wilson; sisters-in-law, Delories and Mary Vosen. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; and brothers Francis and Dan Vosen.A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 12:30pm on Monday, July 6, 2015 at the St. Joseph Catholic Church in Baraboo with Father Jay Poster officiating. Visitation will be held from 11:30am until the time of service at the church. Inurnment will follow at the St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery in Baraboo, at a later date."We are grateful for the wonderful care provided by Estelle's special friend, Noreen Schoener of Arizona, whom she lived with."- The Vosen Family
