Clarence "David" Lake, age 69 of Middleton, formerly of Baraboo passed away on Thursday, April 14, 2016. Clarence, son of Clarence and Bernice (Ferguson) Lake was born Aug. 1, 1946. He was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church in Baraboo and Middleton.Survivors include his siblings, Joyce Lake, Flo (Fran) Gonzagowski, Larry Lake, Leland Lake and Donald (Cathy) Lake as well as nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.David is now reunited with parents and special dog, Tippy.A Memorial Service will be held at 11AM on Friday, April 22, 2016 at the Redlin Funeral Home in Baraboo with Lay Minister George Burgess officiating. Visitation will be held from 10AM until the time of service at the funeral home. A private family burial will take place at Pleasant Valley Cemetery. The family would like to extend a special thank you to UW Hospital, especially Dr. Lawrence and Dr. Newcomer, as well as all the nursing care facilities that took such good care of Clarence.
