Rosemary Zimmerman

Rosemary "Rosie" E. Zimmerman, age 67 of Baraboo died unexpectedly surrounded by her loving family on Friday, October 27, 2017. Rosie, daughter of Winfred and Helen (Joten) Larson was born April 4, 1950. She was raised on the family farm in Ettrick WI. After graduating High School she moved to Baraboo where she met Don and married him on July 1, 1972. As she was raising her children she also did at home daycare until her children went off to school. Rosie then went to work at Farm and Fleet for 19 years and after she retired her focus turned to spending time with her grandchildren and family. Survivors include her loving husband of 45 years, Don; children, Angela (Aaron) Hoskins, Kristy (Matt) Gilbert; 4 grandchildren, Kaylie, Arabelle, Madilyn, Evan; two brothers; as well as nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. She is preceded in death by her parents; and son Jon Zimmerman. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, October 31, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Father Jay Poster officiating. Visitation will be held at the church from 10:00 a.m. until the time of mass. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.
