James S. Wallace of Baraboo

James Scott Wallace, age 42 was born November 3, 1975 in Beech Grove Indiana during a half time of Steelers and Ram Football game to Veronica and Ronald Wallace.

He has a nick name of "Rudy" which his Fraternity Tau Kappa Epsilon at UWP gave him because like the movie he simply did not give up going for what he wanted in life. This Nick Name would be proven a thousand times over in James life. He had a very hard life, after receiving a diagnosis of type 1 diabetes at age 3 and a Doctor who pretty much instilled into his mind he would die before the age of 50 so hearing and believing this he chose to live the life he was given to the fullest and he never just did things small he went all out at everything in life. James had a wonderful sense of humor and would shock and amaze onlookers with his cartwheels and pranks, often shared with his sister, Corinne Wallace-Crane.

He was so very brilliant in so many things in life. James excelled at Sports and Math the most but pretty much anything else someone told him he could not do. He loved Soccer and was fantastic at it.

Sadly in 2013 James was given something all Doctors told him he would not survive, he suffered a heart attack and because he was not with us for over an hour he lost a lot of things many of us take for granted but he survived and fought only to be given 3 weeks later another blow. James had suffered a HIT and it caused 4 more strokes to his brain and took even more from him. Doctors once again said he would not make it but like always he did not give up. He fought like no one has ever seen for almost 5 more years.

Sadly, James fight ended January 25, 2018 at 7:15 p.m. as he simply went to sleep and never woke up. He has found his way to heaven to be with his Father Ronald.

James was the Son to Veronica (Roni) Wallace, Brother to Corinne Wallace-Crane, Father to Anthony and Marcus Wallace and a step father to Dakota Bodendein. Husband to Theresa Wallace and was loved by many more.
